Sponsors
TLUG is a non-profit, volunteer-run group. Our meetings are free to attend and always will be — which is possible thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.
Sponsoring TLUG
TLUG has been bringing Tokyo’s Linux and free software community together since 1994. Our events draw an international, technical crowd — engineers, sysadmins, and enthusiasts working in and around Tokyo — and are held in English and Japanese.
Ways organizations support us:
- Venue space — our most common need: a room for roughly 20–40 people on a weekend afternoon, ideally with a projector or large display.
- Food and drink — for the konshinkai (social) portion of meetings.
- Auction items — hardware, books, swag, and other (preferably Linux/FOSS/tech related) items for the meeting auction that helps fund event supplies.
What sponsors receive:
- Your logo and link on this page and the TLUG homepage.
- A thank-you on the meeting page and at the event itself.
- The chance to briefly introduce your organization at meetings you host — and our genuine gratitude.
